We are excited to host our annual gathering of PWS families and friends in Washington DC once again this year!!

Join us to support PWS research and our PWS community and help us eliminate the challenges of Prader-Willi syndrome

Here’s the plan!

9:30am: Registration at the Franklin D. Roosevelt Ceremonial Loop (the patch of grass just outside the West entrance of the FDR Memorial). We’ll have bubbles and games for the kids.

10:00am: Start of the walk, we will walk around the Tidal Basin, through the FDR Memorial, past the Jefferson Memorial and through the MLK Memorial and back to the FDR Ceremonial Loop. The walk is 2 miles long, and entirely stroller friendly. We’ll have prizes for the kids (and anyone who wants them lol!) every half mile!

11:00am and later: BYO picnic – Bring a picnic for your family and a blanket, and we’ll hang out, catch up or get to know each other!! We will have someone at the FDR Loop to hold on to coolers, blankets, baskets, drinks, etc. for everyone, so you don’t have to worry about carrying it all during the walk!

Bring your friends and family, start a personal fundraising page, start a team, or just show up, we’d love to see you all!

Parking is available on Ohio Dr SW and West Basin Dr (closest) or at parking lots A, B and C by the Jefferson Memorial (about ½ mile away).
