Thank you for visiting Caroline's page!
Our daughter Caroline has Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS) and we are raising funds for critical research to help eliminate the challenges of PWS. There is no cure for PWS, but Claire and I are hopeful that with advances in PWS research through the Foundation for Prader-Willi Research, Caroline can one day lead an independent and happy life.
In her first year, Caroline has been an absolute joy. She is constantly smiling, babbling and happy. She loves her brother and sister (and they do right back).
Caroline has taught us to appreciate all the little things we took for granted with Andrew and Eleanor: from the first time she rolled over to finishing her first bottle at 11 months to now eating completely independently. Next up is crawling! And none of this would be possible with the tireless support of Claire and Caroline's team of speech, physical and occupational therapists.
You can learn more about PWS and the research that is underway at http://www.fpwr.org/.
